Welcome to D'Antonio Consultants International, Inc
A Veteran Owned Business
The capabilities of the DCI team are diverse, and projects have ranged over a wide array
of technologies. DCI focuses on research and development, specializing in electrical
and mechanical engineering and prototyping services. We also provide final assembly,
calibration and test for several products.
The DCI philosophy is to work in partnership with our customers so that critical product
attributes are clearly defined early in the program. This promotes shorter development
times, fewer prototypes and earlier marketing of new products. Relationship building
and satisfying customers needs have been key to DCIs success in obtaining
and completing product development projects.

Latest News:
In May, 2010 DCI successfully completed a human clinical trial officially titled, “A Clinical Study to Assess the Safety, Tolerability, and Immunogenicity of Licensed Seasonal Trivalent Influenza Vaccine Administered by Needle-Free Jet Injection Using LectraJet M3 RA in One Intramuscular Dose to Healthy Young Adults”.
The study was conducted in Baltimore, MD at the University of Maryland Center for Vaccine Development (CVD). Sixty healthy adult volunteers received a single lot, inactivated, licensed trivalent influenza vaccine (TIV), manufactured by Sanofi Pasteur, Fluzone®, by intramuscular (IM) administration. Thirty volunteers received the injection using LectraJet, DCI’s Disposable Syringe Jet Injection (DSJI) system, and thirty by standard needle and syringe (NS). Jet Injection (JI) of seasonal influenza vaccine using the newly licensed LectraJet M3 RA injector was well tolerated, immunogenic and safe, no related Serious Adverse Events (SAE) were reported.
There were no statistically significant differences between NS and JI for any of the measured immunogenicity endpoints.

DCI is pleased to announce that on December 24, 2009 the FDA approved DCI’s
510(k) submission for their LectraJet Needle-free Injection System.
